Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from VEEROBOT, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within the warranty period. Returns must not be subject to misuse, tampering, static
discharge, accident, water or fire damage, use of chemicals &
soldered or altered in any way, and should be returned in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. If VEEROBOT identifies any changes or misuse of the product in the aforementioned way, you may not qualify for a refund.
The easiest way for you to return the product is to raise a return request by visiting the returns page.

- Log into your account using your Email ID and Password that are used to register on the site
- Enter order information like Name, Email ID, Order ID and Order Date
- Enter Product information like Product Name, Product Code, Reasons for return etc.
- Confirm if the product is opened, or not.
- Enter your comments in the Faulty or Other details section.
- Once we confirm that the return is valid, we will process it and forward to Refund team who will initiate the refund.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated, or on your request, the refund will be initiated to your original mode of payment account you chose to make a payment. If you have made a bank transfer, it will be refunded to your bank account and if you have made a Credit Card payment, it will be refunded to your Credit card.
If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
